Salad with beef tongue (for 4-Person)
Ingredients
Beef tongue cooked — 400gr
Mushrooms — 280gr.
Oyster mushrooms — 400g.
Shiitake mushrooms — 360gr.
Olive oil — 60gr.
Cherry tomatoes — 200g.
Onions — 50g.
Eggs — 4pcs.
Arugula Salad — 100g.
Salt — 2gr.
Pepper — 2gr.
Mayonnaise — 100g.
Pickled cucumber — 200g.
Greenery — 10 gr.
Preparation


1. Boiled tongue is cut into strips.
2. Mushrooms cut into 4 parts, the legs are removed and cut into large pieces.
3. Hats boil until half.
4. Mushroom stir fry the mixture in olive oil, adding salt and pepper.
5. Pickled cucumbers cut edges and cut into large slices not.


6. Cherry tomatoes cut into 4 parts.
7. Onion cut into half rings; protein hardboiled egg, julienne.


8. All components combine, add arugula leaves, salt and filled with mayonnaise.
9. Salad spread mound on a plate, decorated with leaves of arugula on each side lay the halves, a hardboiled egg yolk.
